Using Lucky Canada Play signifies that you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any part of this agreement, you should discontinue use immediately.

Continued use confirms agreement to revisions

Eligibility Requirements

Mandatory Age Verification

Players must be at least 19 years old. Verification documents may be requested.

Canadian Residency

Players must be physically located within approved Canadian provinces or territories.

Legal Capacity

All users must have the legal authority to enter binding agreements.

No Active Self-Exclusion

Individuals registered in a self-exclusion program may not participate.

Single Account Limit

Each player may maintain only one account.

Account Registration

Account Creation

Provide accurate, verifiable personal information
Keep your contact details up to date
Submit identity verification when required
Protect your login details at all times

Account Security

Do not share your credentials with anyone
Report unusual or suspicious activity immediately
Create strong and unique passwords
Log out after using your account

Prohibited Activities

Fraud & Abuse

Attempts to commit money laundering Collusion or cheating of any kind Creating multiple accounts

Technical Misuse

Use of automated tools or bots Exploiting technical or software issues Using VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions

Financial Terms

Transaction Rules

Deposits: Minimum $10; maximum amounts depend on the payment method

Withdrawals: Processed within 48 business hours

Verification: Identity confirmation required before withdrawal approval

Currency: All transactions are completed in CAD

Bonus Conditions

Wagering: A 35x wagering requirement applies to bonus amounts

Expiry: Bonuses expire 30 days after being issued

Eligibility: Available to new players unless otherwise indicated

Modification: Bonus terms may be revised when necessary
